Ordering & Shipping InformationSecure Ordering CTDC uses the latest secure commerce server, encryption technology, digital certificates and authentication to process all online orders. You can feel confident your personal information is secure when using our Ecommerce Templates shopping cart. Online Order Your order can be placed online using our secure shopping cart. Just add the items directly from the products page of the cart. The Bumkins waterproof pants, Lang vinyl pants and prefold cloth diapers have a drop down menu to choose the size desired. The Bumkins adult bibs have a drop down menu to select the desired print. Click the add button after selecting the desired size or print. You will automatically be forwarded to the shopping cart where you can view products, a sub total, shipping estimate and grand total. From here you can delete items, update quantities, update totals, continue shopping or checkout. Click the "Checkout" button when you are finished shopping. Your next screen will allow you to enter the customer details and payment method. All packages in excess of 13 ounces will automatically be sent USPS Priority Mail. Once you are satisfied, click "Checkout" and you will be able to enter your credit card information on our secure server. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards as well as PayPal. Your order will be automatically accepted or declined by my Merchant Bank upon clicking the "Checkout" link at the bottom of the page. Please print a copy of the invoice for your records. You will automatically receive two confirmations from my Merchant Bank when your order is approved. Please do not attempt to "test" your credit card using our ecommernce templates shopping cart as your order will be automatically processed by my Merchant Bank upon clicking "Checkout" on the page in which you entered your credit card information. My Mechant Bank will either approve or decline your order based upon the credit card information provided on the order form. Important note - it is not necessary to log in to complete your order. Please disregard the statement - "You are not currently logged in. To log in please click here." Mail-In Orders We prefer all orders be placed through our secure shopping cart. This will ensure the products are in stock and reserved in your name. You will have the option of paying by credit card, PayPal, or check/money order when checking out. Payment by check or money order should be accompanied with a copy of your order and mailed to: CTDC We prefer your payment be made with a certified check, travelers check, postal money order or bank money order in the exact amount of the purchase. Please make checks and money orders payable in US dollars to "CTDC." Please specify "USD" with the amount as this is the only way my bank will accept payments from foreign countries. Payment by a personal check will result in your order being delayed until the check clears the bank in approximately 7 to 10 business days. Please ensure your personal check is preprinted with your name and complete address. We do not accept COD payments or by direct bank transfer. Foreign Orders Our shopping cart is set to accept orders from customers in several foreign countries. Please note that during checkout you will be given the choice of which shipping method you prefer. Our shopping cart (ecommerce templates) has not been updated with the recent US Postal Service shipping options and the First Class Mail International Large Envelope is not offered during checkout, however, it is an additional option. If you prefer the First Class Mail International Large Envelope rate, select Priority Mail International and make a comment that you would like the products to be sent First Class Mail. I'll refund the difference to you if the form of a credit to your credit card or PayPal account. Payment by money order or cashiers check in US currency can include the actual amount for First Class International Mail. Please contact me for the price of First Class International Mail. Please note the Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope is only capable of holding up to four pair of waterproof pants without tearing the packaging. Any amount in excess of four pants should be sent First Class Mail International Large Envelope. Please select Priority Mail when checking out and I will refund any overpayment to your credit card or PayPal account. Please note in your order you would like the pants to be sent First Class Mail. In addition, the prefold and contoured cloth diapers cannot be sent Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope due to their size. Please contact me if you have any questions concerning shipping to overseas countries. Items sent outside the US will be listed as either Pull-On Briefs or Reusable Cotton Pad and annotated as "Medical Garments" on the Customs Form in order to save you from paying an additional tax. Please note in your order if you do not wish the products to be listed as Medical Garments. Feel free to contact me if interested in purchasing our products and your country is not listed during checkout. It is a very simple process to add countires to our shopping cart which allows for worldwide delivery. Orders paid by personal check will be delayed until the checks clears the bank and this could result in a 10 day wait. All packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Our shopping cart will calculate the actual shipping weight and give you the rates for First Class, Priority Mail or Parcel Post service. Packages weighing over 13 ounces will automatically be shipped Priority Mail with a 2 - 3 day delivery time. Any excessive overpayment of the actual shipping cost will be refunded as a credit to your credit card, or a cash refund if paid by money order or personal check . Any amount under the actual cost will be paid by CTDC. All packages sent Priority Mail include free delivery confirmation when Click N Save is used. Please be aware we are not responsible for delivery times once the package is delivered to the Post Office. All efforts are made to send your products via the fastest and most cost efficient manner, however, packages are sometimes misrouted by postal employees which result in slower delivery times. Holidays and weather can also have an effect on delivery times. The only way to "track" a package during its journey through the postal system is to use Express Mail. I do not offer or recommend shipping by Express Mail as it is expensive and the delivery times stated may not be accurate. Delivery confirmation is avaiable under Shipping Options and shows when a package was mailed and delivered. This service will not track your package but show it was mailed at a postal facility and delivered to the address requested by the customer. We do not ship UPS, FedEx or DHL. Insurace You can protect your products during shipping for a small fee. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged products once the packages are mailed. Insurance is highly recommended and can be added to your purchase by selecting the Shipping Options under the Product Range page. Select the insurance fee based upon the total cost of all your "products". These fees are not taxed during checkout. Damaged Products Please keep all packaging and invoices if your products were damaged during shipping. Claims cannot be made if packaging is missing. Invoices are your proof as to the value of the products enclosed. Contact the post office or go online to www.usps.com immediately to start a claim for damaged goods. Complete the claim form and wait for instructions from the post office for receiving and inspecting the damage. Do not ship the products and packaging back to CTDC. Return Policy All products are sealed for health regulations and sanitary reasons. You can rest assured the products received have only been touched by the manufacturer and CTDC. We will gladly accept the return on any sealed package for 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. The return shipping charge is the customer's expense and will not be reinbursed. Please select your items carefully in order to avoid returing items. All products have been inspected prior to being packed to ensure you only receive the highest quality garments. In an extremely rare case were a defective garment is received, it may be returned and exchanged for a new product or full refund. Please contact us within 5 days after receiving a defective product to request return instructions. We will do everything in our power to ensure you receive the right products. In the rare event where you are sent the wrong product, it may be returned as long as the seal on the package is not broken. Your return shipping charge will be refunded as a credit to your credit card, or a cash refund enclosed with the correct product if paid by money order or check. You can also request a full refund on your purchase if the sealed package has not been opened. Returns are not accepted due to damage caused by the buyer. Please read the washing instructions on our website and packaging to prevent damaging your product. In addition, the use of plain safety pins could snag the thread used to sew the side seams on our Bumkins waterproof pants. It is strongly recommended only plastic covered safety pins or the Snappi® diaper fastener be used when wearing our pre-fold cloth diapers and waterproof pants. Dritz and Gerber Childrenswear plastic covered diaper pins are suggested to prevent snagging the side seam threads. Defective products can be returned to us at: CTDC, P.O. Box 1744, Yuba City, California 95992-1744. Refunds Refunds will only be given on products returned sealed within 30 days of purchase or have a manufacturer's defect which was discovered within 5 days after being received. You will receive a full refund minus the shipping and handling cost on products returned sealed. A full refund will be received on defective products. Refunds will be in the form of a credit to your credit card, or a business check refund if paid by money order or check. Pricing Our goal on pricing is to keep the products affordable. The prices are based upon the manufacturer's cost and all the fees associated with running an online store. I have had a quick introduction to running my own business and now understand the prices some online stores are charging for their products. We will continually review our product and operating costs in order to keep the prices reasonable.
